Concerts at the Barn are charity events, usually benefitting a local charity in the Warwick NY area. The house chooses and announces the evening's charity beneficiary prior to the event. Donations are requested at the door, and net proceeds (after talent fees) go directly to the charity. Attendance at house concerts is by invitation only, and our concerts are not open to the public. If you have received an invitation from the proprietors you are welcome to invite others to attend, but we ask that you inform us of who is coming and how many so we can plan accordingly for parking, seating and amenities. Our maximum seating capacity is about 60 people.
We do not sell tickets in advance. Guests are requested to provide a donation at the door. Our suggested donation is $25 per person, but the amount is fully at the discretion of our guests and attendees are not required to donate any minimum amount to come in.
The venue is BYO. House provides some basic drinks such as water and soda as well as some snacks. Guests are encouraged (but not required) to bring a small dish of appetizers or desserts to share.
Doors open at 7PM, and our concerts start at 8. Most performances consist of two 45 minute sets with a 30 minute intermission.
There is usually adequate parking on the property. Please drive all the way up the driveway and park in the first available space on the grass and OFF the driveway. If you're not sure, please wait for someone to guide you to a spot. Arrangements can be made for people who need assistance to and from their cars.
